Newer work...

During the last couple of weeks. I've had several shoots, but the tone, and mood just don't feel right anymore. in some way's it feels like a kind of writers block, only the images are nice, but they lack the WOW. I see, and appreciate in work by other artist.

In the image above I was experimenting with a friend who actually like to be the photographer. We enjoyed a lively discussion on the various merits, and weaknesses of the different images I captured.

In my first image. I loved how strong an impression she gives, even though it's just a single eye.
It's fun to experiment with lighting. and to discuss the merits of a theme, to see how the different creative energies of the group work together.

I'm not sure why I preferred the first image over the next one. In this second image. we were still focused on portraying a strong woman. Only I get more of an Impression of sadness, any a bit of resilence.
