the main reason was to prepare my portfolio for submission to The College for Creative Studies in Detroit. and to Kendall in Grand Rapids.
The image above was a assignment to take some of my photography images, and create a fantasy art piece. Drina a model I met on MM was kind enough to be my first test subject.
My next series was to explore Fine Art Nude. For this I looked though alot of the libraries on

I was fortunate in selecting a image by AJ Kahn. with the model Brooke
I just loved this image by A.J. Kahn, and waned to see if I could learn ow it was created. easier said, then done. =)
I'm very happy with my initial result, and Sapphyre was amazing during our shoot. but at the same time. I realized just how much there is behind a great art nude. The time, and the prep, and planning. and finding just the right pose, and capturing it with the perfect lighting.
tonight, I'm looking back on this closing period at Kirtland. I have to be thankful to the Joe, Scott, and Lisa who each pushed me in this final year here.
While I still have to finish 1 more fantasy art, and 20 more fine art nude images. I certainly know it's possible now because of the people who have inspired me.
The list is way to long to mention, but I hope you know who you are.

It is clear that you are in the middle of a mid- life crisis.
And not only are you a butt ugly middle-aged man but also a delusional one, as well.
Thank god you chose to go into such a meaningless "career " as photography instead of medicine.
